Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role requires strong digital marketing skills, an understanding of the local market, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns (online and offline)
  • Develop content for digital platforms including social media, email newsletters, websites, and blogs
  • Manage and monitor company social media channels and digital ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate reports
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
  • Organize events, trade shows, or webinars as needed
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and other marketing partners

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO tools)
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills (English and Filipino)
  • Knowledge of Philippine consumer behavior and local media landscape
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in graphic design or basic editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
