2。We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Rebar Fabrication Estimate Controller to join our BMSNP, Inc. and contribute to our growing success.

Position Overview

1。We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Rebar Estimator & Inventory Controller to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating rebar quantities, managing inventory, and supporting the rebar fabrication process using CAD software. This role requires a strong understanding of rebar cut & bend services and construction project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1。Perform quantity take-offs and prepare detailed estimates for rebar (cut & bend) from project plans and drawings.

2。Utilize CAD software to review, interpret, and manage rebar-related drawings.

3。Manage and monitor all rebar inventory, including tracking stock levels, forecasting needs, and coordinating with the procurement team.

4。Oversee the rebar processing and fabrication workflow to ensure it aligns with project specifications and schedules.

5。Handle all administrative tasks related to rebar estimation and stock management.

6。Collaborate with project managers and the fabrication team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

1。Required: Proficiency in basic CAD operations.

2。Required: Proven experience in estimating rebar quantities (cut & bend) for construction projects.

3。Required: Demonstrable experience in managing rebar inventory and stock control.

4。Required: A strong understanding of the rebar fabrication business and processes.

5。Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.

6。Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7。A proactive approach to handling tasks and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

8。Knowledge of the steel or trading industry is a plus but not necessarily required.

9。High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
