Job Summary:

Do you excel at financial analysis and enjoy contributing to a growing company? We're looking for a Senior Accountant (Accounting Manager to be) to join our dedicated finance team. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Lead in the development and implementation of internal controls.
• Document processes using video technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy.
• Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Assist with cash forecasting to support financial planning and business decision- making.
• Train and mentor accounting team members on accounting procedures and software.
• Prepare Contract Renewals.
• Perform other accounting duties as required or assigned.

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
• Proven 7+ years working experience in accounting and/or finance positions such as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager.
• Strong understanding of corporate accounting for small business.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage Intacct.
• Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Expertise in Excel with accounting functions and proficiency with formulas (pivot tables, vlookup, hlookup, xlookup, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with the ability to identify and rectify discrepancies and create process improvements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
• Independence in work, effective time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Adaptability to new processes and systems, with a continuous learning mindset.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to strategic financial planning.
• Ability to work US hours (some positions may transition to flexible hours once the new hire is proficient and independent).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with project management software (e.g., Monday, Asana, or similar tools).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to enhance customer relationship management.
• Basic Knowledge of SQL or other data management tools to support advanced financial analysis.
• Familiarity with remote work and communication tools (e.g., Slack) to facilitate efficient collaboration in a distributed work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php55, Php70,000.00 per month
