We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team and provide high-level financial oversight, ensuring accuracy and compliance in client financials. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background, excellent analytical skills, and experience in managing multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and review financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
  • Support bookkeeping staff, reviewing their work and providing guidance as needed.
  • Assist in process improvements and implementing financial controls.
  • Communicate with clients to address financial questions and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA certification (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
