We are looking for a Sr. UI/UX Designer who deliver exceptional design for websites, web apps and mobile apps. As a Sr. UI/UX Designer at Design Force, you need to balance user needs with business requirements to create leading digital products and services. You are experienced in best practices while understanding when you can break the mold to ideate on ground breaking experiences. You work with the team to create experience concepts, journey maps, user stories, product roadmaps, and/or an initial set of product features, helping to pave the way for your team. You also have a great eye for design and can create visually stunning designs that are modern, engaging and, most of all, designed for the target audience.

What You'll Do:

  • Understand product specifications, user and business needs/requirements
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback
  • Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to designer
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance user experience and implement stunning user interface designs

What You Should Have:

  • At least 5 years experience as a designer
  • Strong portfolio of design projects (required)
  • Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
  • Know how to use common tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Analytical mind with a business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
