Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Agent based in Makati. The Sales Agent will be responsible for selling services, providing exceptional customer service, and building and maintaining relationships with clients and talents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation (The Hunter Role):

  • Target Identification:
    Proactively identify and research prospective clients, including advertising agencies, in-house creative teams, and brand marketing departments in the Philippines and across the region.
  • Cold Outreach:
    Initiate contact with key decision-makers (Creative Directors, Marketing Managers, Brand Heads) through cold calls, email campaigns, and networking on platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Build, track, and manage a robust sales pipeline using a CRM system, ensuring consistent follow-up and movement of leads through the sales cycle.

2. Sales Presentation and Client Consultation:

  • Discovery:
    Conduct in-depth discovery calls and meetings to understand the client's creative needs, brand objectives, and project requirements.
  • Tailored Presentations:
    Develop and deliver compelling, high-impact presentations showcasing our roster of artists, their portfolios, and the unique value proposition of Artists and Co Manila.
  • Talent Matching:
    Effectively match client briefs with the most suitable artists and services from our agency, acting as a knowledgeable consultant for creative solutions.

3. Proposal Generation and Negotiation:

  • Custom Proposals:
    Generate detailed, accurate, and persuasive service proposals and cost estimates that clearly outline project scope, talent fees and timelines.
  • Negotiation:
    Lead negotiations on project costs, usage rights, and terms of service to ensure profitability for the agency and fair compensation for the artists.
  • Closing Sales:
    Drive the process to successfully close new business deals and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (quotas).

4. Account Management and Collaboration:

  • Hand-off:
    Seamlessly transition newly closed projects to the Account/Project Management team for execution, ensuring all client requirements and contract terms are clearly communicated.
  • Relationship Building:
    Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Market Insight:
    Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving needs of the creative market in Manila to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience
  • Experience or knowledge in leads generation
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
  • Experience in the creative/advertising industry is a plus
