DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage influencers and brand ambassadors
  • Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning to execution
  • Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and deliverables with talents
  • Ensure content follows brand guidelines and platform policies
  • Attend TikTok events and assist with booth setups to support brand presence
  • Develop new influencer campaigns and ensure continuous improvement of PR kits for creators
  • Handle PR kit preparation, packing, and shipment for influencers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Experience in influencer or talent management (TikTok a plus)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with social media trends and influencer marketing strategies
  • Willingness to take on both creative and logistical tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
