Talent Acquisition Executive

As the Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring quality talent to meet the company's hiring requirements, particularly for contact center programs and other roles, including potential hires in the Philippines. Your key responsibilities include:
- Defining job requirements in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure accurate role specifications.
- Developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Screening and qualifying resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for further consideration.
- Conducting initial phone screens to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Administering approved tests and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews (onsite or phone) between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conducting interviews to evaluate candidates' competencies, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
- Making job offers and negotiating terms with selected candidates.
- Completing all hiring paperwork and ensuring proper documentation is submitted for each hire.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supporting high volume multiple business units recruiting.
- Intermediate to Advance experience with one or more recruiting software platforms and ATS
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to learn new technology, recruitment analytics and AI-tools
- Strong analytical, administration and problem-solving skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment in protection and dissemination of company confidential and proprietary information.
- Must have experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access)
- Expertise in sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting.
- Strong experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.
- Understanding of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pools to attract top candidates.
- Ability to create a positive, professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Proficiency in conducting structured, competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Experience with candidate assessment tools or techniques (e.g., psychometric tests, skill assessments).
- Expertise in using ATS tools
- Familiarity with HR information systems and recruitment analytics tools.
- Ability to work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment.
- Strong negotiation abilities to manage job offers and compensation packages effectively.
- Ability to track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and use data to optimize the hiring process.
- Experience mentoring or leading junior TA Specialists, providing guidance and training.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business goals.
