Job Summary:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Production Officer to support our events and activations team. The role covers both on-site and office-based tasks, including logistics coordination, supplier management, and handling financial liquidations. This position is ideal for individuals eager to learn the ropes of event production, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue arrangements, transportation, deliveries, permits, and supplier requirements.
  • Manage supplier relationships, particularly with rentals, F&B providers, and fabricators.
  • Handle financial liquidations: collect receipts, track expenses, and reconcile budgets with accuracy.
  • Provide on-site support during events, assisting with setup, operations, and supplier coordination.
  • Run production errands as needed to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Maintain accurate reports and documentation using Google Sheets.
  • Work closely with and report directly to the Activations Manager.

Qualifications

  • Open to all levels of experience; background in events is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required by event schedules.
