  1. Checking and verifying uploaded transaction documents in DDMS and preparing daily proof sheets to document transactions.

  2. Recording daily transactions using CyberOne software for savings deposits and loans (if there is no savings/loan bookkeeper) and general ledgers.

  3. Generating daily reports, including reconciliation of account versus ledger balances.

  4. Preparing periodic reports.

  5. Preparing other reports required by the management.

  6. Providing business opinions from the information gathered from the reports.

  7. Coordinating with IT departments relative to the updates in CyberOne and DDMS together with Finance Head.

  8. Executing the internal control functions:

a. preparing a timely and accurate accounting records and reports

b. ensuring that recording is done in conformity with the company's existing policies and procedures

c. safeguarding assets through inventory, audit and other accepted accounting measures

d. observing strict confidentiality of information in accordance with law and company ethics

e. administering regular data back-up procedures

f. Keeping office equipment in good working condition and reporting any problems that needs repair and maintenance.

g. Analyze market trends to maximize profits and find expansion opportunities.

h. Analyze handle branch actual performance compared to the business plan.

  1. Participating in ongoing education opportunities to learn about industry trends and developments, current financial legislation, company policies and procedures.

  2. Provide support to Accountant if needed

  3. Performing additional task assigned by the superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
