Job Title: Accounting Staff

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Staff to manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting principles. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Process invoices, payments, and payroll transactions.
  • Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure cost control.
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
  • Assist in preparing tax returns and financial reports for regulatory filings.
  • Identify financial discrepancies and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors for financial reporting.
  • Use accounting software to manage financial data and generate reports.
  • Stay updated with changes in accounting laws and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or relevant certification (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
