Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents

Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

Maintain a filing system and office supplies

What we're looking for:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Team player with a positive attitude
