Service ManagerYour role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance complete and sizable software modules in the assigned software engineering function in one or more of platform and application management. Each day, you will execute assigned design and development activities focused on building solutions in an efficient and cost-effective manner and in accordance with quality standards. You will also showcase your expertise by providing curated project schedule estimates and ensuring their successful completion within the deadline.

The work model for the role is hybrid. This role is contributing to the marine Services & Digital in Parañaque City, Philippines. You will be mainly accountable for:Designing, developing, and testing API solutions and/or WPF .

NET applications across the full web application stack. Functioning in a Scrum-based Agile environment requiring the frequent release of production code. Assisting QA engineers by writing automated unit and end-to-end tests.

Designing solutions for small to medium-sized complexity problems in a way that is simple and easy to understand and develop the solution in a maintainable way. Improving the team by actively participating in retrospectives and code reviews within the team. Qualifications for the role

Strong knowledge of C# with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, preferably in a corporate or R&D setting. Proficiency in . NET, MVVM Patterns, and UI Data binding would be an advantage.

Experience working with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc. Hands-on experience composing OCI-compliant containers and orchestration using Docker and K8s. Hands-on experience developing for the cloud using infrastructure as code in Terraform and experience with developing services running in the AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure is a plus.

Experience with React and the React ecosystem is a plus. Demonstrates the ability to independently recognize problems and provide input to solutions. Ability to look forward and see options and opportunities to modernize the products and services we develop.
