I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/SUMMARY

Responsible for the timely and accurate management of procurement, warehousing, and logistics operations. These functions require documentation, coordination, and reporting to ensure continuous supply of materials, and support for production and other departments.

II. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in logistics or warehousing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with inventory systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

III. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Documentation & Record-Keeping

  2. Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse System (WMS) or spreadsheets.

  3. File and organize physical and electronic records for incoming and outgoing shipments, quotations and job orders.
  4. Prepare reports on inventory movement, delivery performance, and warehouse KPIs.

  5. Ensure all documents comply with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.

  6. Coordination & Communication

  7. Provide status updates to management and concerned departments.

  8. Assist in scheduling inbound and outbound deliveries.

  9. Maintains and organize retention of sample of completed job orders.

  10. Inventory & Logistics Support

  11. Assist in monitoring stock levels and alerting supervisors on low or overstocked items.

  12. Help prepare purchase requisitions or replenishment requests.
  13. Support physical inventory counts and reconciliations.

4.Administrative Support

  • Prepare and submit expense and petty cash reports related to warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Handle office supplies requisition for the Supply Chain Department.

  • Maintain communication tools, forms, and templates used by the department.

  • Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure all documentation follows company policies and regulatory guidelines.

  • Keep records ready for audits and inspections
  • Assist in preparing compliance reports for safety and operational standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
