General Associate Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Accountant with 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience. The ideal candidate will support the finance team in daily accounting tasks, assist with month-end closings, reconcile financial statements, and ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers.
  • Perform account reconciliations and assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Process invoices, payments, and journal entries accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with audits and implement improvements based on audit findings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php27,000.00 per month
