Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating and implementing solutions in ServiceNow
  • This role involves supporting ServiceNow users and ensuring the platform meets their needs
  • Handle core tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, ACLs, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, flow designer and development methodologies
  • Integrations (REST, SOAP):  establish seamless communication between ServiceNow and other systems
  • Cooperation with service owners about development of new services and maintenance of existing services
  • Documentation of process and procedures in ServiceNow
  • Participation in projects, especially onboarding of new customers
  • Communication about the service request catalogue to internal and external stakeholders
