Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to manage and analyze production costs in our manufacturing operations. The role involves monitoring expenses, preparing cost reports, conducting variance analysis, and ensuring accurate inventory valuation. The Cost Accountant will support management in decision-making, budgeting, and improving cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track, analyze, and control material, labor, and overhead costs.
  • Prepare cost reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct standard costing and variance analysis.
  • Ensure accurate inventory valuation and cost of goods reporting.
  • Provide insights to support pricing and process improvement decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
  • At least 2–3 years of cost accounting experience (manufacturing preferred).
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; proficiency in QuickBooks and ERP systems is a plus.
  • CPA license is an advantage.

Work Location:
Fully on-site, Mon-Fri Compressed work schedule (8AM-6PM)
