GMEELAN is a company specializing in innovative solutions and services in the beauty industry.

We're looking for a Influencer / Affiliate Marketing Specialist role to join our team at our Philippine-based office.

  • Salary range: 30K–55K Philippine Pesos
  • Additional Benefits: Monthly performance-based bonus and transportation allowance
  • Work setting: Onsite (WFO), Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Break: 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM)
  • Office address: The Orient Square 1600 Exchange Rd, Ortigas Center, Pasig, Metro Manila

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for influencer / affiliate cooperation communication, cooperation details docking on Instagram and TikTok;
  • Be responsible for influencer / affiliate cooperation material content quality control, analysis, optimization;
  • Analyze Indonesian local influencers and quality content of beauty categories, capture current trends, and develop material content/scripts for Internet celebrities;
  • Coordinate with creators to ensure high-quality UGC output aligned with our brand's tone and goals;
  • Draft or refine scripts, briefs, and guidelines to guide content creators effectively;
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with creator partners and affiliate collaborators;
  • Analyze campaign results and make strategic recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions;
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align UGC efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
  • Experience in affiliate marketing or influencer partnerships;
  • Highly organized and performance-driven, with a strong sense of ownership;
  • Strong attention to detail in both creative and operational tasks;
  • Passionate about skincare, beauty, and the creator economy;
