The Accounting Staff is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations including recording transactions, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring accurate documentation. This role plays an important part in maintaining the company's financial accuracy across its restaurant brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily accounting tasks including: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger entries
  • Record and reconcile sales reports from stores/POS.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and schedules.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and monitoring of cash transactions.
  • Support in inventory tracking and cost monitoring.
  • Assist in tax preparation and filing (VAT, withholding tax, etc.).
  • Prepare documents for audits and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
  • Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
