Job Description

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll transform finalized marketing content into polished, high-performing assets within HubSpot. From social posts to web pages, you'll ensure each campaign element is built accurately, on time, and ready to engage. Your detail-oriented execution will keep client projects running smoothly and on schedule.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience
• Proven HubSpot experience: proficient with the Marketing Hub, including email, social, blog, and CMS tools
• Exceptional attention to detail: takes pride in producing error-free work (include the words elephant piXie dust in your application)
• Strong organisational skills: able to manage multiple client deadlines and priorities
• Data-savvy: comfortable navigating analytics tools and compiling performance data into reports or templates
• Reliable and self-motivated: proactive communicator who works efficiently without constant supervision

Nice to Haves:

• Previous experience working in a marketing agency environment
• Familiarity with HubSpot's reporting dashboards
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email and landing page formatting

Your Daily Tasks

• Content Implementation: Accurately build and format assets in HubSpot using provided copy, including social media posts, marketing emails, blogs, and web pages
• Data Collation: Navigate multiple client HubSpot portals to gather performance data and marketing metrics
• Report Building: Assemble performance reports for the Account Management team
• Quality Assurance: Review all assets for formatting, spelling, and link accuracy before publishing
• Workflow Management: Manage workflows efficiently across a portfolio of clients to meet all deadlines
