About the role
We are seeking a talented Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients based in San Fernando Pampanga. What you'll be doing
- Answering inbound calls from customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Demonstrating empathy and active listening skills to understand customer needs
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers on our healthcare products and services
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and ensuring timely follow-up
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures to deliver a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer queries efficiently
- Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities
