Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the successful implementation, optimization, and adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions. You'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, helping organizations leverage SFMC to deliver personalized and impactful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering:
    Collaborate directly with clients to understand their marketing objectives, challenges, and current processes. Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for SFMC.
  • Solution Design & Architecture:
    Design comprehensive Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
  • Implementation & Configuration:
    Lead and/or support the hands-on configuration and implementation of SFMC modules
  • Optimization & Best Practices:
    Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategies to optimize marketing automation and ROI within SFMC. Stay current with SFMC releases, features, and industry trends.
  • Project Management Support:
    Assist project managers with timeline estimation, risk identification, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of
    3-5 years of hands-on experience
    with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) implementations and support.
  • Experience in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including email marketing, customer journeys, segmentation, and analytics.
