What will you do?

  • Assist in the setup, monitoring, and tracking of campaigns on Meta, Google, Shopee, and Lazada Ads.
  • Prepare, clean, and manage campaign data and performance reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Support campaign optimizations by analyzing key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Coordinate with planners, buyers, and creatives to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on time.
  • Track daily performance and flag anomalies or opportunities for improvement.
  • Help build client-ready reports and summaries of campaign outcome.

What skills & experience will you need?

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields is often preferred.
  • Loves working with data and numbers — attention to detail is a must.
  • Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets (especially formulas, pivot tables, basic automation).
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills — clear, proactive, and dependable.
  • Curious about how digital ads work, and keen to learn performance marketing.
