We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales team toward achieving ambitious growth and revenue targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and fostering relationships with key clients to expand market presence.
DUTIES:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Lead, coach, and manage the performance of the sales team to ensure productivity and professional development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategy.
- Knowledge of pipeline management and sales performance metrics.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- At least 3 years of sales experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience in Manufacturing or Construction Industry
- Ability to travel / field works as needed.
