Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Moondragon Constructors Corp. Full time ₱180,000 - ₱220,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Review plans, drawings and specifications for site implementation.
  • Prepare and quantify material requests needed on site.
  • Prepare documents and shop drawings as required.
  • Manage and monitor manpower tasks and accomplishments.
  • Check all site works for compliance with the latest plans and detail.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the project.
  • Report and coordinate with your direct supervisor for any activity, accomplishments, and occurrences on site. In addition, any concerns or probable concerns that will arise during the project.
  • Oversee quality control and safety matters on site.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Keen to detail and good ability to read and interpret plans.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and reporting skills.
  • Quick to understand and follow instructions.
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Excel, Word, & AutoCad
  • Experience in construction is an advantage.

  • Project Location: Malate, Manila City
  • Scope: Architectural / Finishing Works
  • Work days/hours: Monday to Saturday, 7am to 4pm
  • Accommodation is provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
