  1. Checks and verifies Receiving Reports of non-inventory items.

  2. Supervises the daily operation of the general storeroom.

  3. Supervises the daily activities of Cost Clerks, Receiving Clerk, Storeroom Supervisor and Engineering Stockman.

  4. Reports directly to Financial Director any critical points pertaining to an irregular rise and fall on the cost of sale.

  5. Prepares purchase price comparison and records movement on price cost variations.

  6. Provides the management cost data required for preparation of operating budget and profit &loss statement.

  7. Provides costing information in determining selling prices for banquet menus inquiry.

  8. Check costing of standard recipe worksheet submitted by Cost Clerk. Submits recommendation on suggested selling prices.

  9. Calculates selling prices based on approved cost factor for Anvaya Shop, Minibar & Salvage Sale.

  10. Reconciles & verifies intercompany issuances.

  11. Reconciles & verifies all issuances by Cost Clerks for all cost centers.

  12. Reconciles & verifies all issuances of Engineering Stockman for all cost centers.

  13. Prepares Journal Vouchers for food, laundry and intercompany transactions.

  14. Check if the established general storeroom par stock is being implemented by the Storeroom Supervisor.

  15. Maintains complete familiarity with the requirement of all cost center in particular the food and beverage department.

  16. Perform butcher/yield test whenever required.

  17. Ensures strict confidentiality of information within the area of responsibility.

Special project as maybe assigned.
