This company creates high-quality custom metal products for clients worldwide, including trading pins, lapel pins, challenge coins, medals, and more. The team is expanding and is looking for a talented Graphic Designer – Proofer Specialist to join their remote team.

About the Role

The Proofer Specialist ensures artwork is accurate, polished, and production-ready. This includes creating realistic product proofs in Photoshop and making designs easy to understand and review for clients and the creative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify each design follows production standards to ensure it works in production
  • Stylize artwork from artists using Photoshop styles to create realistic product proofs
  • Combine product knowledge and proofing format to ensure designs communicate clearly to clients and team members
  • Collaborate to achieve all goals (company, team, individual)

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Adobe Illustrator experience (vector design expertise)
  • 2+ years of Adobe Photoshop experience (editing/styling)
  • Strong English skills (grammar & spelling essential)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • -Stable internet connection and availability during US business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM CST)

Additional Information

  • Hourly position with paid training period
  • The role is high-paced and demanding. Candidates must stay flexible, work quickly, and act as a team player.
  • Paid skill test ($5) for qualified applicants

Compensation & Benefits
