Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Video Creator with proven expertise in producing high-quality, engaging videos from transcripts. You will receive only the script/transcript, and it will be your responsibility to research, source, and integrate the right visuals, stock footage, graphics, voice over and music to bring the content to life.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, independent, and experienced in building polished videos from scratch, with little to no guidance needed. Our target output will be 5–10 minute professional YouTube videos focused on home additions, remodeling, and contractor-related content.

Responsibilities:

  • Create professional 5–10 minute videos using provided transcripts.
  • Research and source relevant footage, images, music, and graphics.
  • Edit and assemble videos with smooth transitions, effects, and clear storytelling.
  • Ensure brand consistency and professional presentation.
  • Deliver videos optimized for YouTube (high resolution, proper formatting).
  • Work independently with minimal direction while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Video Creator, Producer, or Editor.
  • Strong portfolio of videos (please share examples).
  • Ability to independently research and source all materials needed for production.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar).
  • Creative storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to deliver without micromanagement.
