Responsibilities:

  1. Legal Advisory, Research, and Corporate Retainers

  2. Document Drafting and Review

  3. Client Interaction

  4. Case Management

  5. Business Development

Qualifications:

  1. Philippine Bar Certification:

  2. Must be a certified lawyer in the Philippines.

  3. Educational Background:

  4. Graduate of a top law school, demonstrating a strong academic record.

  5. Experience:

  6. Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant legal experience, showcasing the ability to handle diverse legal matters. Although new graduates and bar passers are open to apply.

  7. Proven track record of independent legal work.

  8. Initiative and Self-Starter:

  9. Demonstrated initiative and ability to independently navigate complex legal issues.

  10. Proactive approach to contributing to the firm's success.

  11. Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.

  12. Communication Skills:

  13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  14. Ability to convey legal concepts clearly and concisely.

  15. Team Player:

  16. Collaborative attitude with the capacity to work effectively within a startup environment.
