About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our intake support team for a California-based employment law firm. This role is the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for gathering information, answering inquiries, and coordinating schedules for case evaluations.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is highly organized, and can manage sensitive client information with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound client communications via phone, email, and SMS
  • Collect and record client information accurately in the case management system
  • Screen potential clients by asking guided questions to understand their concerns
  • Schedule case evaluations and intake calls with attorneys or case managers
  • Provide reminders and follow-ups to reduce no-shows
  • Maintain a client-centered approach, ensuring a professional and supportive first impression
  • Escalate qualified cases to the legal team and flag issues as needed
  • Support cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth client onboarding

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1–2 years' experience in customer service, client support, or call center roles
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM or case management tools (Salesforce, Clio, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
  • Prior experience supporting U.S.-based clients is an advantage
