This is a remote position.

Specialist.PH is looking for a Google Ads Specialist to help us grow lead quality and volume. You'll use data, testing, and performance insights to improve campaign results. Your work will directly impact return on ad spend (ROAS) and help us scale successful campaigns.

What you will do…

  • Optimize and scale campaigns across Google Ads products (Search, Display, Video, etc.)

  • Hit performance goals (ROAS, sales, engagement) for each campaign and channel

  • Set up, test, and track A/B experiments

  • Build and maintain clean documentation of processes and results

  • Write, test, and improve ad copy

  • Support campaign briefing, execution, and debriefing

  • Track conversions and understand attribution models

Requirements

You might be the one we're looking for if you have…

  • At least 2 years of experience in Google Ads

  • Knowledge in Google Ads, including search, display, and shopping campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.

  • Experience in data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools

  • Ability to think creatively and test new ad strategies.

  • Are fluent in English, both speaking and writing.

  • Include the word "Google Ads Pro" in your resume or cover letter so we know you're detail-oriented.

  • Are comfortable speaking on video calls.

  • Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH or at least 4 hours overlap).

  • Are available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.

  • Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
