We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager/Officer who will spearhead sourcing and talent acquisition for top-tier seafarers, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong client relationships. This is your chance to lead a high-impact recruitment team in the maritime industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition Management

· Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified seafaring candidates.

· Utilize diverse sourcing channels: job portals, social media, industry events, and referrals.

· Build and maintain a strong network of potential seafarers.

· Screen, interview, and assess candidates for qualifications and suitability.

· Conduct background checks and reference verifications.

Compliance & Documentation

· Ensure compliance with Philippine and international maritime regulations (STCW, MLC).

· Verify and maintain valid seafarer documents and certifications.

· Stay updated on labor law and regulation changes affecting seafarers.

Candidate Management

· Maintain comprehensive candidate profiles and records.

· Coordinate medical examinations and ensure health requirements are met.

· Communicate deployment and assignment details clearly.

· Address inquiries and concerns professionally.

Client Collaboration

· Work closely with maritime clients to understand crewing needs.

· Match candidates to vessels based on qualifications and preferences.

· Ensure timely and smooth deployment.

· Handle client concerns related to recruitment.

Reporting & Analysis

· Prepare and analyze recruitment performance reports.

· Identify process improvement opportunities.

· Recommend strategies to optimize sourcing.

Training & Development

· Collaborate with training providers to ensure certifications are up to date.

· Identify career growth opportunities for candidates.

· Promote continuous learning among seafarers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Maritime Studies, or related field.

· Proven experience in recruitment management, preferably in the maritime industry.

· Strong understanding of STCW, MLC, and relevant labor regulations.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and networking skills.

· Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
