This will be really hard to do, but very rewarding and possibly, the adventure of a lifetime with some of the best operators you will ever work with.If that gets you excited, let's talk.About the Role (What You'll Be Doing)We're on the lookout for a Senior Motion Designer to join our Juniper AU creative team in Manila.You'll be part of our mighty editing team, reporting into our Senior Video Editor, and focused on bringing Juniper's content to life through smart, sharp, and scroll-stopping motion design.From animated typography to slick transitions and performance hooks, your job is to help our content grab attention and hold it, across paid social, digital campaigns, and brand assets. You'll work closely with editors and creative strategists, and jump into light video editing when needed.This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where you'll be encouraged to experiment, iterate, and keep pushing your craft.Turn creative briefs into compelling motion assets that work across Meta, YouTube, TVC, BVOD, and other digital formatsDesign and animate for vertical and landscape formats, using kinetic type, transitions, and other motion techniques to drive engagementCollaborate with editors, designers, and strategists to bring content ideas to life and improve performance through motionSupport on light video editing when needed, adding motion polish to existing footage or helping bring new edits togetherStay up to date on motion trends, tools, and creative styles and apply those learnings to your workMaintain tidy file structures and workflow systems to keep projects moving smoothly within the Manila teamAbout You (Who You Are)2-4 years' experience as a motion designer, ideally working across social and digital formatsConfident using After Effects and Premiere Pro to animate and editA strong sense of design and storytelling, with the ability to apply motion in ways that elevate brand and performanceComfortable creating content for fast-turnaround social ads as well as more polished branded piecesHighly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to timelines and feedbackA team player: collaborative, curious, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-output environmentNice To HaveFamiliarity with tools like Iconik, LucidLink, or FigmaBasic sound design skillsExperience working on performance or direct-response creativeA portfolio of work that shows strong storytelling, digital thinking, and craft in motionWhy You Should Join EucWe raise the bar - Join a strategic, growth-minded squad that takes ownership, moves with intent, and empowers our global teams.
