About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to create engaging and high-impact video content for our clients. This fully remote role combines creative expertise with AI-powered tools to produce high-quality videos efficiently. You will collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with project objectives and client expectations.

Australian work rights are not required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform client and internal briefs into visually compelling motion graphics and videos.
  • Edit UGC-style content using AI tools alongside your creative skills.
  • Conceptualize, script, and produce UGC content across formats such as social media posts, product reviews, testimonials, lifestyle content, and tutorials.
  • Deliver high-quality videos within tight deadlines while maintaining creative excellence.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine concepts, ensuring brand consistency and project standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and emerging tools in motion graphics and video production.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing, with a portfolio demonstrating UGC content creation.
  • Advanced proficiency in AI-powered video and design tools, including Nano Banana, Eleven Labs, Midjourney, Runway, Da Vinci, Adobe Premiere Pro AI, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, CutPro, and Capcut AI.
  • Proven ability to integrate multiple AI tools in complex projects to produce polished video content.
  • Strong expertise in video ideation, asset sourcing, animation design, and motion graphics production.
  • Solid understanding of graphic design principles, layout composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Adaptable to new technologies and techniques, with a collaborative mindset to share knowledge and enhance team capabilities.
