Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer with video editing expertise to join our fast-paced creative team. This role demands a blend of artistic vision, technical mastery, and storytelling ability to produce visually compelling digital ads for global campaigns. You will bring concepts to life through animation, motion graphics, and expert editing, ensuring every piece of content is polished, engaging, and platform-ready.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for social media, digital ads, and interactive campaigns.
  • Edit video content with precision, creating cohesive, visually dynamic ads with a strong narrative flow.
  • Develop storyboards, style frames, and creative concepts in collaboration with the Art Director and creative team.
  • Integrate transitions, typography, effects, and music syncing to elevate video quality.
  • Adapt creative assets for various ad platforms and aspect ratios while maintaining consistency.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure content feels fresh, innovative, and competitive.
  • Deliver on tight timelines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in both motion design and video editing for advertising, marketing, or creative agencies.

  • Expertise in:

  • Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator

  • Knowledge of Capcut is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, timing, and pacing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
