We're Hiring: Reporting Analyst
Location:
Manila, Iloilo, Cebu, or Davao

Schedule:
Mid-shift | Once-a-month RTO

Experience:
3+ years

About The Role
Join our in-house market insight team and help deliver best-in-class customer and market insights that drive business decisions. You'll work on global customer studies, create and enhance dashboards, and provide actionable insights that support sales performance—all while growing your analytics and reporting skills.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and tell the customer story.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate reports using SQL and Power BI.
  • Program and enhance surveys using ConfirmIT (training provided).
  • Present insights to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with a team to ensure high standards, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong SQL and Power BI skills.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in reporting, analytics, or research.
  • Highly analytical with experience handling large datasets.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, KNIME, Tableau, or survey software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset.
