OSP Designer provides a design plan that serves as a basic drawing to the project, site survey information and provides the low-level design plan to cooperate with the implementation. After acceptance, the designer also needs to provide the as-built plan based on redline drawings and input the build plan to Client Database.

  1. Perform detailed site survey for aerial, underground and buried applications of fiber optics facilities.
  2. Responsible for preparation and conceptualization of design of outside plant to implement FTTH and OSP services.
  3. Transform site survey details into drawing (outside plant design) using AutoCAD.
  4. Coordinate plans and documentations with Design Supervisor to ensure plan submission and approval of customer.
  5. Prepare Request to Attach (RTA) form for fiber optic installation in electric and telco poles.
  6. Attend Joint Pole Inspection and staking.
  7. Input build plans on Client Database.
