JOB OPPORTUNITY: SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - Software Development

Location: Quezon City (Hybrid / On-Site Client Engagement)

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who acts as the strategic bridge between complex client needs and flawless technical delivery. If you are obsessed with clarity, data accuracy, and ensuring that what is asked is exactly what is delivered, we want you on our team.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Drive Multi-Project Delivery: Orchestrate the requirements lifecycle for concurrent mission-critical projects, balancing new implementations with system enhancements.
  • On-Site Discovery & Validation: Lead the charge on the ground. Conduct face-to-face workshops and interviews with stakeholders to uncover the "real" requirements versus the perceived ones.
  • Champion End-to-End Traceability: You will own the "Blueprint." Ensure that every business requirement is documented, tracked, and directly linked to a test case using Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) or similar frameworks. No requirement is left behind.
  • Data Integrity Guardian: Oversee the validation of legacy data before migration, ensuring our systems run on clean, accurate information.
  • Technical Translation: Translate non-technical government processes into precise functional specifications for our development team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • The Experience: Proven professional experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Writer in a software development environment.
  • The "Gap-Hunter": Demonstrated ability to use RTMs (Requirements Traceability Matrices) or similar verification tools to ensure 100% test coverage. You spot the missing logic before the code is even written.
  • The Field Strategist: Comfortable working on-site at client offices (Government/Corporate) to gather accurate data and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • The Advantage (Highly Preferred): Prior experience implementing Government Software Systems (HRIS, Payroll, Procurement, or ERPs) is a distinct advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
