We are seeking a Senior Research Analyst to join our team. The role involves:Collecting and interpreting data to support operational areas. Applying research and analytical techniques to enhance decision-making.

Creating visual representations and insights from data. Collaborating across teams to establish and monitor performance metrics. Managing research requests via ticketing systems, ensuring timely and quality updates.

Conducting research using approved sources and internal tools. Participating in training sessions and team meetings, completing assessments. Communicating effectively with internal teams and escalating issues as needed.

Testing new tools and processes. Protecting sensitive information according to policies. Reporting non-conformities, security events, or risks.

Willingness to learn new tools and techniques. Managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Adhering to quality and information security policies.

Supporting internal audits and process improvements. RequirementsA degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Strong statistical and analytical skills.

Experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation. Proficiency with spreadsheets and data visualization tools. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively. High attention to detail and organizational skills. QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Data Research or related fields for external hires.
