Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Custodian to manage the storage, maintenance, and dispatch of event-related equipment and supplies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all materials are accounted for, in good condition, and ready for deployment to various event sites. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically fit, and committed to maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming event materials, props, and equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or digital systems
  • Prepare and dispatch items for event setups according to packing lists and schedules
  • Monitor the condition of stored items and report damages or losses
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse at all times
  • Assist in loading/unloading trucks and coordinating with logistics teams
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and support restocking activities
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures during warehouse operations

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory roles (preferably in events or production)
  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse safety practices
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days

  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Able to work under minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with event equipment and handling procedures is a plus
