JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION : Warehouse Custodian (Warehouseman)

REPORTS TO   : Assistant GM and GM

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and inspect incoming gym equipment and related products.

Supervise and coordinate the release of gym equipment for delivery to various locations across the Philippines.

Unload, label, and organize inventory in designated storage areas.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or installation.

Load and unload delivery trucks using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).

Assist in the assembly and minor maintenance of gym equipment when required.

Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.

Follow safety protocols, especially when handling heavy or bulky equipment.

10)   Work closely with logistics, sales, and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

11)   Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) or basic inventory software.

12)   Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in any field (logistics, supply chain, business, or related course is a plus).

· Willingness to perform physical labor and learn technical aspects of gym equipment.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to lift and move heavy items (50+ lbs) safely and effectively.

· Good teamwork and communication skills.

· Basic computer literacy; familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
