The Role: Senior Product Engineer

What will you do?

• Responsible for performing unit and component level defect analysis for both
  low and
  high-power Uninterruptible Power Supply
  of different topologies.
• Supports the improvement of manufacturing yield by reducing manufacturing defects related to product assembly and design through collaboration with R&D, Quality, Test, and Process Engineering.
• Supports Research and Development Team during new product development, to ensure that their design follows the company design standards and as well as meet the manufacturability requirements.
• Provide support to manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth product transfers by identifying potential quality issues prior release of new products for mass production.
• Create customer reports based on the analysis results which requested by the customer(s)

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Graduate of an Electronic and/or
  Electrical Engineering
  course
• Strong analytics on power electronics and electronic component evaluations
• Above average experience in the use of electronic test instruments (e.g. oscilloscope, multimeter, power meter, data logger, etc.) and electronic equipment (e.g. AC/DC power supply, AC/DC electronic load, etc.)
• Programming experience is a plus but not required
• Above average English communication skills in writing and verbal
• Worked in electronics manufacturing set-up is a plus.
• Collaborative, independent, resilient, and with sense of urgency.
• Amenable to work in
  Rosario, Cavite
• Working arrangement:
  Full-time onsite reporting,
  6x a week schedule
