Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering Civil or equivalent.
  • Experience working in the field of residential construction is an advantage.
  • Exudes professional work ethics.
  • Salary commensurate with qualification and experience.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, Auto Cad
  • Mandatory with at least 1 year of work experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedules and monitor program activity to achieve on-time results while ensuring quality assurance in completing the project.
  • While the project is ongoing, he/she is responsible for safety measures on-site.

Ensures conformity in terms of approved plans and specifications.

  • Submits weekly and/or monthly progress reports to be presented to the client.
  • Review technical specifications and recommended changes
  • Sets an efficient and timely schedule for the purchase of equipment and raw materials.

SALARY CAN BE NEGOTIATED DEPENDING ON THE CANDIDATE'S QUALIFICATION

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
