JUNIOR OFFICE COORDINATOR (FOR FEMALE CIVIL ENGINEERING GRADUATES)

BUTUAN CITY | FULL-TIME | ENTRY-LEVEL

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're looking for a motivated female Civil Engineering graduate who wants to start a meaningful career in project coordination and operations. You'll support our engineering and logistics team in handling daily coordination between sites, suppliers, and the main office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare, organize, and update project documents and daily reports
  • Coordinate with engineers, site staff, and suppliers for deliveries and progress updates
  • Monitor DTRs, schedules, and project activities
  • Assist in tracking materials, correspondence, and operational support tasks
  • Learn practical project coordination under close mentorship

You'll be based in our BUTUAN OPERATIONS OFFICE, a collaborative workspace where learning and initiative are encouraged. Occasional field coordination may be part of your training.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Female graduate of Civil Engineering or related course (licensed or unlicensed welcome)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Organized, responsible, and open to learning both office and field coordination work
  • Has good communication skills and can work with different people — engineers, foremen, and logistics staff
  • Positive, humble, and dependable team player
