  • ENSURES THE AVAILABILITY AND CAPABILITY OF RESCUE TEAM 100% TO RESPOND PROACTIVELY IN TIME OF TRUCK DOWNTIME OR BREAKDOWN AS WELL AS ACCIDENTS AS SOON AS POSSIBL
  • MONITOR, ASSESS AND APPROVE JOB ORDER FOR REPAIRS OF TRUCKS AND OTHER NEEDED SPARE PARTS REQUIREMENTS
  • SUPERVISE CLOSELY MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL THROUGH MONITORING AND GUIDANCE ON TRUCK MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
  • CONDUCT DRIVE TEST OF APPLICANTS AND TRAINING FOR DRIVERS AS NEEDED
  • ASSIGNS AND GIVES SCHEDULE ON CANVASS ITEMS AND CHECK QUALITY OF ITEMS ARRIVED AND RECEIVED
  • ENSURES COMPLIANCE OF COMPANY POICIES AND PROCEDURE BY ALL MAINTENANCE PERSON
  • ASSESS THE QUALITY OF WORKS DONE BY MECHANIC, ELECTRICIAN AND WELDER
  • CONDUCT SAFETY INSPECTIONS AS SCHEDULED
  • ACCEPT OR RECEIVED CALLS 24/7
  • LEAD ON THE INVESTIGATION REGARDING TRUCK FUEL, SPARE PARTS, TIRES AND BATTERY PERFORMANCE
  • PERFORM QUARTERLY PERFORMANCE EVALUATION ON ALL SUBORDINATES UNDER MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT
  • PERFORM OTHER TASKS THAT MAY BE ASSIGNED FROM TIME TO TIME
