Qualifications:

  • College level / College graduate in Culinary or related course
  • With at least 1 year experience in the same role (restaurant or hotel setting preferred)
  • Knowledgeable in food preparation, cooking methods, and kitchen safety
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen
  • Ensure proper food storage and handling
  • Assist in inventory and kitchen organization
