About the role

Join the dynamic team at NXTMILE Motors Inc. as an Insurance Marketing specialist. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's insurance and customer relationship management (CRM) strategy, ensuring effective communication and engagement with our customers. Based in Kawit, Cavite, this position plays a key role in achieving our marketing objectives and enhancing the overall customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement targeted insurance marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
  2. Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including email, social media, and the company website.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to align insurance offerings and marketing initiatives.
  4. Monitor campaign performance and customer feedback to continually optimise marketing efforts.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and identify new opportunities.
  6. Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed.

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in insurance or CRM marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer data to drive informed decision-making.
  5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  6. Creative and innovative mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
  7. Must know how to drive a 4-wheel vehicle and must have a valid driver's license.
