Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support high-impact initiatives by managing project data, coordinating workflows, and collaborating across teams. This role involves handling confidential information, supporting process improvements, and ensuring accurate reporting to drive successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, update, and validate project information in project management tools.

  • Support intake and processing of project change requests, ensuring compliance with workflows.

  • Identify, document, and update project risks and interdependencies; work with stakeholders to track mitigation.

  • Prepare and distribute accurate project status reports.

  • Coordinate project meetings including scheduling, agenda prep, and tracking follow-ups.

  • Develop process documentation and workflow diagrams to support planning and communication.

  • Work closely with Change Management to track deliverables and update project records.

  • Handle confidential project content with discretion.

  • Act as liaison across functional teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or administrative roles in a fast-paced setting.

  • Strong proficiency in project management tools (experience with PROTO, Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project is a plus).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple workstreams.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and recommend improvements.

  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with LucidChart or Visio is a plus.

  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.

  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
