WE'RE HIRING – CREDIT & COLLECTION SUPERVISOR

Join our team — a trusted leader in pumps, motors, controls, and tanks across the Philippines. We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Credit & Collection Supervisor to lead our credit and collection activities, ensuring timely payments, accurate credit evaluations, and strong client relationships.


Job Purpose

Responsible for supervising all aspects of credit and collection, from validating client credit applications to ensuring all receivables are updated and reconciled. Oversees settlement of old accounts, resolves billing concerns, and provides guidance to the credit and collection team to achieve collection targets while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.


What You'll Do

· Validate and process client credit line applications and conduct credit investigations

· Coordinate with management for credit line approvals

· Ensure prompt and accurate reconciliation of accounts and settlement of overdue payables

· Supervise and support Credit Specialists and Collectors to improve collection efficiency

· Review payment details and computations for accuracy

· Negotiate and arrange settlements with clients for old or problematic accounts

· Prepare and submit weekly collection and outstanding accounts reports

· Oversee proper documentation of BIR 2307 forms and ensure timely follow-ups

· Monitor and manage performance of direct reports through coaching, mentoring, and appraisals

· Initiate process improvements to enhance operational efficiency


What We're Looking For

· Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or related field

· Experience: 3–5 years in Finance, Credit & Collection, Banking, or Accounting, preferably in a supervisory role

· Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge in receivables, billing procedures, bookkeeping, VAT, tax computations, and related laws

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

· Detail-oriented, with excellent oral and written communication skills

· High level of integrity and accountability
