About this OpportunityDTCC Manila is recruiting recent and upcoming college graduates to fill entry-level, full-time positions in business areas across our company. These positions welcome students who are interested in kick-starting their careers in the financial services industry while expanding their knowledge and involvement in the clearing and settlement business. When graduates join our company, they become part of our EDGE Program.

DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee)The impact you will have in this role:Participants in the CFO Organization's EDGE program will be placed within finance and rotate through different positions over the course of eighteen months, after which they will be placed in a role that aligns to their interests and skills. We believe having a working understanding of multiple finance functions is fundamental to pursuing a longer-term career within finance.

Your Primary Responsibilities:Query, analyze and present data using advanced analytics tools

Develop income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows based on a set of assumptions

Summarize complex analyses into key business takeaways

On-board vendors and manage payments; reconcile payables

Create and reconcile customer invoices and receive and apply payments against them

Reconcile general ledger accounts and participate in month-end book close

Contribute to development of corporate financial statements and participate in financial statement audits

Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor, mitigate, and escalate risks*NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above.*Qualifications:Entry Level – internship experience highly preferred

Candidates must be working towards a bachelor's degree in the following curriculum and graduating no later than August 2025: AccountingCandidates must have good academic standing

Must be willing to work onsite at least 3 days a week (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee once confirmed with the business)Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and classified information.Talents Needed for Success:Must demonstrate superior analytical and communication skills

Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus

Must be inquisitive and not afraid of asking questions

Must demonstrate finance, problem solving, and analytical skills

Strong communicator, self-starter, and highly motivated

Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment

Keen to detailsReliableFlexibility, inquisitiveness, and a passion for broad learning

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Familiarity with analytics tools, such as PowerBI, a plus
